Return and Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send an e-mail to returnscancel@pujacelebrations.com within 24 hours of receipt of the product along with unboxing video (mandatory) & photos. Once we confirm you may ship the package back to us in the condition received. 

Please note we accept return only in case of damage or different product was received.

Once we receive the returned item we will give a full refund less the shipping cost.

Returns will be processed through either NEFT or Payment gateway

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition that it was received.

Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for the bank to process your refunds
